here is alexa while i was balancing the camera on the hood of our car and trying to set the timer. she forced me to take a picture with her to give to our parents for christmas. i made my antipathy for the whole portrait business known by demanding that the photo be taken in front of a cinder-block wall in the parking lot behind Rite-Aid. it looks alright though.
